Tip: Keeping Your Countertop Clean When Grinding Coffee

Today, we are offering a kitchen tip on how to keep your countertop clean when grinding coffee beans. Coffee beans rolling all over the countertop or falling on the ground, ground coffee spreading over the countertop when transferring it to your ground coffee jar — does that ring a bell?  Art of the Home has an easy solution, check out our Art of the Home tip below, it worked for us!

Art of the Home Tip — simply put your coffee grinder, coffee beans, and ground coffee container on a serving platter.  Grind the quantity of coffee desired — any spill over coffee beans or ground coffee will stay on the platter. When you’re done, store away your coffee grinder, coffee beans, and ground coffee container (conveniently in a cabinet above your coffee maker for example.) Wipe the serving platter and you’re ready to enjoy your next cup of coffee with a clean kitchen countertop and floor!
